Judy Langille has always been drawn to fabric, treating it as her chosen palette for design. Her work incorporates a wide range of surface design techniques that come together to form her compositions. For many years, she has worked extensively with printmaking methods, and Façade with Triangles is part of a series that continues this focus. In this piece, Judy uses printmaking to create the illusion of depth on a flat surface. Three-dimensional pyramids appear alongside flat lines and triangles, giving her a way to express the architectural forms and structures that inspire her.
