Techniques: Digitally manipulated photos printed on inkjet printer, machine pieced, machine quilted, appliqué, some hand stitching.
Artist Statement: There comes a moment … perhaps you’re on a tour; perhaps you’re traveling with friends; perhaps you’re in a workshop, but you are not at home. You are in unfamiliar territory. You’ve seen the sites, hit the highlights. And then … there is that exquisite and torturous moment when you venture out to explore and discover on your own.
